Not happy? You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Email us with your order number to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Faulty or damaged items: we'll replace or refund at no cost to you. Send us a photo.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
